I worked at Beckon Ice Cream from 2019 to 2022, growing from Marketing Associate to Creative Content Manager.
Beckon Ice Cream was a female-founded and women-led brand that created the first clean-label, lactose-free ice cream made with real dairy. It was sold nationwide at Whole Foods, Kroger, Walmart, and more.
Over three years, I shaped Beckon's look and feel and owned creative strategy across every brand channel for the $2M business, leading a team of graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and UGC creators. During that time, I grew the brand's Instagram following by 466% and its email list from 5K to 50K, and secured press coverage in Food Network, Good Housekeeping, PopSugar, and Parents. I also directed packaging for five new SKUs in 2021, including the #1 launch in the category at Kroger and Walmart.
